I just paid, how long does it take to receive my account?

For Bank Transfer: First of all, we have to confirm that your fund is clear on our bank account. After confirming this, it will take maximum 24 hours to deliver.

For Bitcoin: If you have paid via Bitcoin, we need 1 tnx confirmation to clear the fund. Then it will take maximum 24 hours to deliver.

For Paypal: If you have paid via PayPal, sometimes you may see that your order is already completed. So don’t get confused. Your product delivery will be done within 24 hours. Sometimes PayPal may hold money for 24 hours, on that case, it may take longer to send your product. 

But be noted, we have 80% products in ready stock. So after your payment confirmation, it may take 1-2 hours or even 5 minutes to deliver.

My purchased account is no longer working, what now?

Please follow the below guide:

1. Go to My Account > Orders

2. Click on

GET HELP

button (Choose appropriate product from order list, to confirm that you may click on

VIEW

button. There is also you can create ticket directly)

3. Fill up subject and description. On Department option, please select Account / License Replacement. You can attach image file of not working product as a proof. Then click Submit button.
